Bevilacqua is constantly pushing the state-of-the-art in artificial intelligence to provide new ways to accomplish tasks in computer environments. Bevilacqua efforts include the application of Fuzzy Logic, Genetic Algorithms, Neural Networks, Expert Systems, Bayesian Networks and Conceptual Graphs. In addition, Bevilacqua has developed several innovative new hybrid AI constructs that push the envelope in AI technology. These technologies include the Bounded Neural Network (BNN) and the Cognitive Reasoning Engine (CORE) toolkit. Military applications for this technology include:

To date, Bevilacqua has completed ten separate contracts with the Army, Navy, and Air Force to implement our CORE technologies. Customers include ARI, AFRL, SPAWAR, MDA and DMSO.
