Principal Investigator

Minimum Education:: Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
Minimum/General Experience:: Ten years of progressive information technology experience in system design and development including combined experience in enterprise architecture planning; functional and software requirements analysis and specification, application systems development planning, software engineering, design and development, or analysis work.
Functional Responsibility:: Develops enterprise application architecture; develops or leads the development of detailed data and processing requirements in components of the enterprise application architecture; plans new applications. As an expert in one or more technology area, provides technical guidance for acquisitions, upgrades, and new development. Designs and develops highly complex systems. Applies software, hardware, and standards information technology knowledge in the analysis, specification, development, integration, and acquisition of information, network and hardware systems. Evaluates and recommends application and system software.
