Programmer/Analyst

Minimum Education:: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or related field, with five years of experience.
Minimum/General Experience:: This position requires 5 years of experience in high level language code design and development or web-based HTML creation.
Functional Responsibility:: Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions Responsible for conducting systematic analysis of information technology programs such as; software, and information systems engineering progress to determine the status of resources. Creates, modifies and tests computer code for information technology applications. Performs other duties as assigned.
