Joint Test & Evaluation Program
The JT&E Program is for support services to the Director, Operational Test & Evaluation (DOT&E), in the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). It is an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery, multiple award, competitive task order based contract for technical and engineering services to support joint operations and service specific tests/evaluations conducted by the Air Force, Navy, Army and Marines. Bevilacqua support will include test planning and execution, systems engineering, test instrumentation development, analysis, software development, IT services and documentation development.
