andyAndy Bevilacqua, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chairman

Mr. Bevilacqua started BRC in 1992. He has a B.S. in Physics/Mathematics and an M.S. in Solid State Physics as well as other post graduate work. He is currently working on his Ph.D in Cognitive Psychology. Before starting BRC he was at Nichols Research where he started the successful low observables Directorate. He is a known authority on military camouflage, concealment and deception.

joJoAnn Bevilacqua, President, Corporate Secretary

Ms Bevilacqua has an associates degree in business and worked in her family business for 14 years before she moved to NASA to work for another 12 years there. She joined the company as President in 2010 after the successful buy-out of the previous President.

buckkJames (Buck) Buchanan, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Currently the Chief Operations Officer (COO) for Bevilacqua Research Corporation (BRC) Mr. James F. (Buck) Buchanan, Jr.brings a wealth of technical and management experience to BRC. Before becoming COO Mr Buchanan was the Director of the Weapons Systems Services (WSS) Directorate for Bevilacqua Research Corporation (BRC). In that role Mr. Buchanan was responsible for a portfolio of programs that includes the Technical Acquisition Engineering Support (TEAS) 6 contract at Eglin Air Force Base, FL; the PEO Soldier Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance contract at Fort Belvoir, VA; and the Research Operations Support Services (ROSS II) contract at Edwards AFB, CA. Mr. Buchanan has over 23 years of systems engineering support experience in DoD Range Instrumentation and Air Combat Training Systems acquisition, development, test, deployment, and sustainment. Eight years of this experience includes DoD systems engineering and acquisition support for Foreign Military Sales customers including Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Egypt, Israel and Australia. Mr. Buchanan holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Alabama, a MS in Engineering Management and Certificate in Technology Management from the University of South Florida. In 2007, Mr. Buchanan received the 308th Air Armament Systems Wing’s Technical Support Contractor of the Year Award, the highest award bestowed upon technical support contractor personnel working across AAC’s entire portfolio of Weapons Development Programs on the TEAS 6 contract.

kenKen Scott, Director, Board Member

Mr. Scott has over 30 years experience in business operations in commercial, defense, and aerospace. Extensive background in strategic business planning and development, marketing intelligence, proposal preparation, contracts and program management, business processes review, and cost analysis. Experience also includes a broad knowledge of Federal Government contracting; procurement methods, processes, FARS, and Agency supplements, international business, export control, licenses, and technology transfer agreements. He is the Division President for the Operations Division at BRC and does all of the market research to support our business development pipeline.

Ken has been with BRC for 10 years. He is a key player in the organization and writing of BRC proposals.

rowlanRowlan Bevan, Business Development Director

Rowlan Bevan joined BRC in 2010 after a 32 year career as a test & evaluation specialist in civil service at Eglin Air Force Base. His last assignment was as the Air Force representative to the JT&E program where he was responsible for generating test nominations for the Air Force.

His responsibilities at BRC include managing the 940M dollar JT&E program as well as developing a CYBER capability within the corporation.
