Foreign Disclosure Data Tool
The Global Command and Control (GCC) Foreign Disclosure Data Tool (FDDT) provides the CINC Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a tool by which the determination of the potential disclosure of data elements is partially automated. The tool is designed to assist and enhance the decision-making process in determining the potential disclosure of data to foreign governments. The FDDT was developed using an Oracle database with access provided through a Web browser. The system runs under both Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator Web browsers (versions 4 and higher).
